Collard Pot Liquor Dumplings -- Stock

Vegetables and aromatics
Chicken Feet for Gelatin

Turkey Wings for flavor.

Roast Wings and Feet for deeper flavor
Add  Rough cut veg, aromatics, bones and water to deep stock pot.  

Use a steamer or a dish to keep ingredients under water.

Strain the stock after 6 hours.
Finished stock is dark and rich.
