Trim out stems of bigger leaves. |
Slice greens thinly. |
Onions, roasted garlic, stock and roast turkey wings. |
Saute onions, then place smoked wings, garlic and stock in the pot. |
Simmer on low for 30 minutes. |
Bring pot to a boil then pile in the greens and cover. |
They will cook down. |
I like mine cooked until really tender. |
