Collard Pot Liquor Dumpling Assembly

Greens, chilled pot liquor, cut up smoked turkey.
Turkey (teaspoon) first.
Teaspoon of greens.
Two teaspoon cube of pot liquor.
Dampen edges with water and pinch together.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Japanese picked tomatoes with liquid and pickled hot peppers with liquid.
Serve with the sauce(s) of your choice.
